Acts Set for Party for Pakistan

B Somebody are in full support of raising awareness and money for the Pakistan Flood Appeal, so when this event came up, we had to share it with the rest of the UK!

Aggro Santos, Riz MC (pictured), Mz Bratt, Akala and Kayvan Novak, aka Fone/Facejacker, are among the acts who will be performing at the Party for Pakistan, a charity concert to raise money for those affected by flooding in Pakistan, taking place later this month.

The event takes place on September 29 at the O2 Academy in Islington. Tickets are £10 in advance, £12.50 on the door, with all profits going directly to the Disasters Emergency Committee. All artists will be performing for free and all organisers are working voluntarily.

This will be the first live performance from C4 star Fone/Facejacker. Completing the bill are DJ Nihal, Nero, Mumzy Stranger and True Tiger.

“The scale of suffering in Pakistan is unfathomable,” says Riz MC. “An area the size of Italy is flooded and a population equal to Australia is now homeless. The party for Pakistan aims to raise money and awareness by enlisting some of the best names in UK music for an unforgettable event.”

FlashmanMC Making Identity with Lil Flash

FlashmanMC is a Singer/Songwriter/Producer & Choreographer. Came across him a few months ago on twitter, heard some of his material, and was blown away, especially by his productions! He also came and supported Sam Khan and Charlie Sloth within their video ‘I Love Your Lady’.

In 2004, Flash became the Winner of the BBC Fame Academy Bursary Award.

Flash First released his album independently in 2007 through Itunes worldwide, he is now currently in the studio writing new material and preparing to release his new mixtape promo, through SnakeStorm UK, (His own independent label).

The video above is a production in the making, that sounds banging, and with soul, and will appear on the mixtape, which fingers crossed will be finished next week!

AG Dolla – Dreams to Dust

AG Dolla is back with a new track, and this is a banger of thought provoking hip hop cut. AG Dolla is more well known for his material engineered for a commercial market and injecting humour/banter which reflects his character. But as is evident from his outstanding Life In Rhymes mixtape and more recent Mr Shah album, he excels with music of more deeper and conscious content. And this is another good example.

B Somebody introduces ‘DaddyGirls’; a rap trio consisting of twins Melinda and Melissa, and Mimi. Automatically, you can’t think of anyone in the market who can closely resemble this group which makes them unique. This, plus their talent means they have a promising future as long as they continue to push their material. After all, they are graduates from the same university which makes them educated…and you don’t want to get in the way of that!
