Ekko ibeatbox

Ekko – iBeatbox

Check out this mixtape people! (Download link at the end of this review)

Ekko is an insanely SICK beatboxer from Nottingham with an ability to create sounds from his mouth that you would not think were possible from a human… he is very dangerous believe me!

The mixtape is Ekko’s debut release and features myself, Rkz, C Gritz (Boy Better Know) 789 Crew, Vigilante + more.

Alot of beatboxers are satisfied with simply performing at a few events and making people in the crowd say ‘oh wow that was cool!’

Ekko is alot more ambitous than that. This mixtape shows that he understands the importance of giving people something to put in their ipods, bump in their cars and share with their friends. After listening to the mixtape I am confident this will be happening on a very big scale! Every track is massive and the entire project is a spotlight on Ekko’s talent and ability to be one of the few beatboxers with the ability to create hit songs. It’s big!

Ok so the important bit .. make sure you click HERE to download ”iBeatbox” presented by Ekko right now.

Prepare to be amazed.

Sam Khan replies to Tinie Tempah with Never Pass Out

February 7th, 2010 | By Nik Squared

Sam Khan – Never Pass Out (Tinie Tempah reply)

Tinie Tempah Pass Out is a heavy heavy tune. After hearing a few other artists such as Bashy do versions, we sent the beat to Sam Khan coz’ we knew he would kill it differently .. and he duly obliged!

We received the completed track from Sam within one day so here it is!

He maintains the theme of the song but totally flips it on its head! No other artist has done that yet…

There’s a very interesting message in his lyrical content. He promotes Tinie’s album but then seemingly goes on to have a dig about the superficial nature of the game. Is he talking about Tinie we wonder?

So here it is,a brand new tune made in a day! Download Sam Khan – ‘Never Pass Out’ from here http://BSomebody.TV/SamKhan

Sam Khan at I Luv Live

February 4th, 2010 | By Nik Squared

“Haters jog on, can’t see it’s my time? Your clocks wrong…
It’s my path and it’s not long, you’ll never see me caught in a web like dotcom,
Just cos I lyrically drop bombs, they wanna sensor me out like Ofcom,
If I was not strong, I’d waste my whole life following another voice like a TomTom”

This is our boy performing at I Luv Live in Camden, doing what he does best! Clear and simple flows that make you think ‘Dam son, why didn’t I think of that?!’

These lyrics are taken from the forthcoming CD which is entitled ‘Differently’. That night he was the ONLY rapper to get an applause in the middle of his verse, so you just know this CD will be something special.

Expect Sam to be on the gig circuit much more this year and to make serious moves within the industry.
