Fresh from last week’s outstanding refix from Random Impulse, covering the Tinchy Stryder Gangsta joint (check the post here), this week he sets his sights on the Tinie Tempah Frisky tune. He goes in mental on this one; another excellent refix, with the slamming use of the crashing solo guitar – he flips the hook into something far out there, that makes you think that Tinie Tempah’s tune was a dance remix of this rock joint!
Tinie Tempah performing with Snoop Dogg at Glastonbury 2010
This is some inspirational shizzle my nizzle! One of the rap legends in the game performs an official remix to one of the edgiest songs to get a UK number 1 by our own artist, Pass Out by Tinie Tempah. Not only that, it’s at one of the biggest music festivals!
‘Bunch of Ballers’ Video Shoot – So Solid Crew & XO Man Speak Out
3 weeks back we had the privilege to go behind the scenes to DJ Sponges video shoot of his track ‘Bunch of Ballers’ featuring Mega Man, Skat D, M.A.C. (So Solid) & XO Man.
Video was shot in a nightclub in So-Ho, by Sheridan, who has also done videos for the likes of Master Shortee.
We managed to cop a small interview whilst we were there, asking what is the current movement of So Solid, about H’n'F label, Mega & Co label, and their views on the UK scene at this stage.
An interview that must not be missed!
Shout out to DJ J.Fresh from Fire Radio in Bournemouth. We’ll be taking our boy Sam Khan down soon for an exclusive interview and freestyle session.
Hello, GoodMornin (Team UK Remix) ft Tinie Tempah & Tinchy Stryder
The World Cup has begun, within football England goes Head to Head against the USA. Yet in music it’s the opposite.
We’re all still awaiting the Grime Remix for this track from Boy Better Know’s Skepta, But with Tinchy joining forces with Jay-Z, it’s only natural for him to show the Americans he can do US bangers just as good, teaming up with fellow Number 1 chart topper Tinie Tempah.
Finally looks like the UK are breaking into the American market, slowly but surely.
Tinchy Stryder – Gangsta?/Game Over (ft Tinie Tempah)
Latest track from Stryderman. It’s great to see that even the signed artists can’t stay away from their street roots, and bringing through the roots of grime with their mainstream status.
This is a back to back track video, second track is Game Over featuring Tinie Tempah, a different vibe from what he’s been pushing out recently.
Track title suits as these are two artists who really did take the game over once they signed!
Interesting to see what the mainstream public reaction will be to this one!
Make sure you check out Tinchy’s new clothing range for the Summer!
